I know what it means to lead the wrong way—and what it takes to rebuild.
I created One Toolbox Leadership™ so leaders no longer need to juggle different versions of themselves; instead, they carry one set of tools everywhere they lead—at work, at home, and in community. My approach is rooted in evidence and experience, backed by certifications including ICF-ACC, CRC, CC, and BCO. I’m proud to be Nova Scotia–based while partnering with leaders and organizations across Atlantic Canada.
But more than credentials, my story is what grounds me. In 2019, I lost my only child, Aidaen, to suicide—a loss that reshaped my life and my leadership. Through that tragedy, I discovered that grit can push us forward, but only resilience sustains us.
Today, I help leaders build the kind of resilience that doesn't just get them through the next crisis, it changes how they lead for the rest of their lives.
